According to the Evaluation Method of Henan Province Civil Construction New Technology Application Demonstration Project (Trial) (Annex 1)，Hereinafter referred to as the "Measures") relevant requirements，In order to ensure the smooth development of the evaluation of civil construction new technology application demonstration project and the evaluation of "four new" technology application in 2024 in our province，The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Application scope

The applicant must be a member of the Association. Non-member organizations can apply for membership at the time of application。The project participants may declare jointly or separately。

2. Declaration and evaluation

(A) New technology application demonstration project application evaluation should meet the following conditions (construction units and other construction parties can declare) :

1. The scale of the project meets the requirements of the Measures;

2. Promote and apply no less than 6 items of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "10 New Technologies in the Construction Industry" (2017 edition);

3. The promotion and application project is a completed project;

4. Achieve better social and economic benefits;

5. It plays a positive role in solving the key problems of the development of the construction industry, regions and disciplines, and achieving technological progress and industry development。

(2) The application evaluation of the "four new" technology application shall meet the following conditions (all participating parties such as survey and design can declare) :

1. In line with the Ministry of Housing and Construction "10 new technologies in the construction industry" (2017 edition) and the relevant national ministries and commissions of the relevant construction industry new technologies;

2. Application project is completed project;

3. Achieve better social and economic benefits;

4. It plays a positive role in solving the key problems in the development of the industry, region and discipline, and achieving technological progress and industry development。

3. Application materials

(A) New technology application demonstration project evaluation, should submit the following materials:

1. Application for Evaluation of Achievements of Demonstration Project of New Technology Application in Civil Construction in Henan Province (Annex 2);

2. Implementation plan or summary report of new technology popularization and application of a single project;

3. New technology popularization and application comprehensive results report;

4. Relevant supporting documents;

5. List of main participants in new technology application demonstration projects。

(B) "four new" technology application evaluation, should submit the following materials:

1. Application for Appraisal and Application of "Four new" technologies in Civil Construction in Henan Province (Annex 3);

2. Summary of "Four new" technology application (Annex 4);

3. Promotion and application work summary and report;

4. The relevant certification materials shall be bound separately;

5. List of main participants in new technology application demonstration projects。

The applicant shall submit one set of paper application materials, which shall be packed in A4 paper. The content of the electronic version submitted shall be consistent with the paper version。

After the examination of the form of the secretariat of the society, according to the principle of voluntary implementation of relevant procedures, the society organizes experts to carry out project evaluation and technical application appraisal in batches。

4. Application time

According to the needs of the secretariat of the institute year-round real-time acceptance。
